Website maintenance services

We prefer to “partner” with our clients to provide a no-hassle website maintenance experience. Hourly rates are not in everyone’s best interest, as budgets and unforeseeable issues may always arise. We prefer to shoulder some of those risks and make it easy for you to predict your costs and remove all worries from the management of your site.

All client tasks go through our support desk. With staff checking the desk at regular intervals during the day, you can be sure that your queries and requests will be acknowledged and addressed swiftly.

When you sign-up to a support and maintenance contract with us, you decide how much support time you’re likely to require, then we let you know what’s involved on the technical side and how much of your support time it will take to complete the work. We only proceed once you’ve given us the go ahead. This way, you control exactly how your support time is spent.
